Ex broke up with me a month ago. The other day we spoke on the phone for an hour. I mentioned how I have been working out alot recently and I told him I lost a few pounds. He was like "really, oh you didnt need to lose any weight"
Any ideas on what this means? or does it not mean anything?

He actually gave you a very good compliment. It shows that he thought you were just fine the way you were. Obviously he thought you were attractive and did not need to change!

it does mean something he probably still hs some feeling left for you i would ask but if your not the type that is very outspoken about this kind of stuff then i would kinda aks around the question, like hint that u think that he might have feelings for u!

He was sweet and gave you a very nice compliant. When you take your bath look in the mirror and smile-after you are all dressed up as well.Say to yourself Wow I am hot!

nah it doesn't mean anything bad, it was a compliment, he's trying to say that you already looked good to begin with. Maybe it was his way to flirt, who knows?
