People like Proof!
Something to really show them, not blindly following a book or the words of someone.

Logic. Or not to be told what to believe, but to have a mind of our own.
We are all different.

Why do people find it so hard to believe that some people dont believe?
Or some people believe in different Gods, or Goddesses??

Religous Tolerance... Please

Most people do. I think that somewhere between 15% and 17% of people do not believe in a god. They do not find the idea of God plausible. I think that most people believe in a first cause of some form, be it the Big Bang or some other energy. Why do some people find it so hard to believe that some people do not believe in god ?

the question of God is a question of faith. scientist have molded the truth so much into the belief of evolution but the same question for God also applies for the big bang. Where did it come from, the big bang was everything blew up and in this the 1 out 16trillionth of a chance of life being formed happened! where did it all come from to blow up, the bible says God made everything and people wonder where did God come from. now the human race is so mixed up that they would rather believe in nothing

People are at a spiritual crossroads in this day and age where our science is starting to be able to give good answers to the questions considered "God's mystery".

So people are led to believe that you either believe totally and accept all of your religion or you don't believe in anything.

People are muddling their way to a new spirituality to encompess our greater and growing understanding of our world and the universe it resides in.

Our idea of God will have to change as our outlook changes.

They are attacked by their sinful nature..wanting to please themselves rather than their Creator- this verse also explains well why many do not admit there is a God, nor do they want to follow Him- I know it is sad...But God has the Victory remember!

Romans 1:25
They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

-Remember many are called but only few are chosen--

How does one reconcile omnipotence, omnibenevolence and omniscience with this world and the life on it. And, why are there so many billions of people living in entire, huge countries whose culture has nothing remotely like the xian god and jesus. Here is a post I did before on the topic:

Because I look at what life was like for human beings for the past 40,000 years (maybe 6,000 for you). People lived for an average of 30-40 years. More than 50% of children died before age one (until about 100 years ago!). I look at thousands of children permanently blinded by parasites they get from playing in creeks in underdeveloped countries.

Then I look at children of modern developed countries, of any religion. I see that they live until their EIGHTIES!! Have all their teeth for a very long time. Have excellent health, etc... And I see that this has nothing to do with religion or god. It is medicine and science. So was it god's plan that hundreds of generations of people would suffer and die in their 40's and suddenly in the 19th and 20th century, everything would get better?

Simple. People was PROOF. Unfortunately, they won't believe until you show God is real by saying it will snow in the summer or somthing and having it actually happen.

The more educated people get the less likely they are to believe in God.

Did God build the churches....

Are they like God droppings? Can we use them to prove its existence?
