I don't understand your question. You mean free speech? If is that, I rather think what to say before offending someone. Once is out, there is little you can do to fix it.

Because there are some things that are just inappropriate to say. Yes, you legally can say them, but don't be surprised if not everyone agrees with or likes your use of profanity (I saw your other question).
