NO WAY!!!
I have platinum blond hair because I've colored my hair, the color is slowly crowing out and my own dark hair is getting back.
I have brow green eyes, not the color I've chosen for it.
I have a nice light pink/purple glasses and not the black ones are on my avatar......
I DO NOT LOOK LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!

Well usually people TRY to get them to look like the person, but then they end up tweaking it so much that everone looks like they have had plastic surgery.

my hair isn't highlighted like in the photo and nobody's face is as perfect as the avatar faces but for the most part yes.

Yes. My avi looks almost exactly like me, only my real face isn't as angular and my real lips aren't as pouty. But they're close. (smirk)
