yes she will but it may take years it did for me, but one day I opened my eyes and thought this is never going to change , so I will have to , and I did, but it was insecurity, fear, low self esteem that kept me there for so long. Please continue to support her and be there as I am sure her friends and family are restricted

Sometimes us "daughters" do things just out of spite, To prove people wrong. And as long as my mom was telling me how I should leave I was more into trying to stay. I HATE, let me repeat HATE, for my mother to say I told you so (Even she though she always does).
Maybe she is scared to be alone? Or thinks she can't make it on her own. Just let her know that no matter what you will love her!!!

My heart goes out to you.
Nothing worse than having to see your daughter self-destruct before your eyes.
Just try to remain in her life, because she still needs you there when she does finally realize that she has had enough.

no....not if shes in love and hes nice to her sometimes. Does she have low self esteem? Maybe she doesn't think she can do better.
