Because I have, and its an embarrassing attempt to fix Windows. Do NOT buy it...seriously. There are more pop-ups asking you if the computer can go to the bathroom or do little things that most people don't care about. It looks pretty...really pretty, but it is slower than XP. I recognize that Microsoft needed a change and that security was a big issue, but it feels largly patched together and unfinished. It will be expensive, slow, and annoying.
I work with the released version everyday at work. I had a Beta for a while, but now I have the 32-bit Ultimate edition. Has anyone else tried it? Do you concur with me?

I work for a very large corporation. Don't you think Microsoft would want corporations to work with actual versions of Vista so drivers and software could be compatible when Vista is released for personal use in January? You don't have to beleive me, but I promise you...I have the RTM version of Vista. I just got the images put on my test PC two weeks ago. When it becomes available, you will see...it blows goats...
