Mind my own business and try to not listen in on her conversation because I could really care less what she was talking about. Not many things get on my nerves so it probably wouldn't bother me at all. If I was a person who got easily irritated over minor things such as this I would probably just move to another table. Life's too short to worry about what everyone else is doing and letting it bother you.

I would just ask her to keep it down. I don't mind people being on their phone, I just mind when they are really loud. Some people don't realize that cell phone technology has come a long way and you can just talk normally on them.

I would have spoken to the manager, i truly think cell phones should not be permitted in public places because people have no respect. they talk own cell phones as if they are home and only they can here the dumbness that they are talking. and whats more irritating then everything else is that they are talking about absolutely nothing . the sh!t they are talking about is nothing that could not have waited until they got home.

I would do nothing. It is none of my business, and it sounds like an important issue. The only exception I would make is if she were using foul language and there were children present. Then I would talk to the manager, because then she is being totally inconsiderate.

I really hate it when people do that. If she was being so loud I definitely would have asked her to be quite of even leave. There's just no reason for that.

Go get one of those air horns like they use on a boat. Next time someone won't shut up, hit the button!

I'm a really nice person, so I would choose D. But first, I would do C with my friends. I don't usually speak up :(, I need to do more of that though.

e. Get up from my seat and sit down next to her, staring at her intently. When she asks what I want, the response is, "Nothing, really, I thought you wanted me to hear your conversation, so I was just paying close attention."

C. It's what I usually do. Sometimes we do it loudly so that the person on the cell phone can overheard how annoyed we are.

I choose A. She may not realize how loud she is speaking and a gentle, respectful reminder might bring her to her senses. We can hope!
