Ive liked a guy in work in ages not knowing how he feels or how to let him know how i feel but theres always been a tension there between us and all ive wanted was to click with him which ive been trying to work on. I thought he was quite shy/quiet as i am the one always iniating conversation with him. But recently two new girls have started one in which hes had to train up and they seem to be over flirty with him and literally ponce on him as soon as he walks in the door. Hes even started iniating convo with them. I cant understand where ive gone wrong as i thought me and him were getting somewhere yet hell flirt with them and not me and when itry and join in on the convo i feel sort of ignored. Theyre quite young 21 and hes 28

you should really talk to him, one to one.
tell him how you feel!
and if those girls pounce on him again
tell them to back off coz you saw the hottie 1st ;D

Kind of jealous that these 'new-comers' have taken over 'your' man?
You should have made a move earlier methinks.
But not to worry, it's still salvageable, supposing he had some sort of interest in you in the first place.
He may not fancy 'em too young.

I'd either try to ignore him a bit he'l soon wonder why your not talking so much maybe even miss it! If not play the girls at thier own game? ask him whats he doin that night say at the weeekend go there with ur mates? thats what id do?

Some people you click with and some people you don't its just one of those things. You like him but maybe he feels intimidated by you and he fines it easier to talk to these girls because they are younger and they are flirting with him. I wouldn't let it bother you he's obviously too immature to appreciate you. Find someone that you can click with and who clicks with you

listen! your obviously to good for him if he treats you like that! i understand what your going through this has happened loads of times with me before! but guys like that are to selfish to care and they just like flirting and slagging around! but you are Worth more than a guy to treat you like s**t!!! so if i was you i would give him up and find someone else and he will crawl back to you honestly! i found it really hard to do that when i loved someone and it tuck me along time to get over him!!! but it sounds like hes stinging you along so just ignore him an see if he likes it! but you sound really nice an i just think your worth more!!!
PS and if he doesn't seem to care hes not WORTH IT!!

make yoursef a bit more obvious to him
