Well, I live in New Jersey, and last night I went out to dinner with my family. I got nachos and they had green onions on them, but I didn't notice because the lights were very very dim. I wasn't feeling well in school today, so my mom came to pick me up. When we got home, she went and checked the food that was left from last night, and there were a lot of green onions in it.

Also, I have diarrhea and am light headed. It's not possible I have E. Coli, is it?

either the lettuce or green onions were infected with e coli in the northeast of the united states only. As of earlier this week, they threw out all of the contaminated produce and those Taco Bells that were affected are free and clear of e coli

Actually there was a story that the onions from a few paticular Taco Bells did have traces of E. Coli on them

Yes, it could be. That was one of the states that had the reported E. coli. You really need to go to the doctor. It's very treatable if you get in early.

yes it is possible - a doctor can test you for this. The sooner you know the better in order to get treatment so that you avoid anything serious that could arise if it is e coli.

What everyone else said: You're in the right area for the E.Coli. See a doctor, and consider keeping cranberry juice in the house: Some research has suggested that it can render the bacteria less virulent at least.

Good luck!

Call the doctor to be sure. If it is E-Coli, it's nothing to fool around with.
The symptoms are bloody diarrhea and abnominal cramps.

It sounds possible to me. If you are vomitting, in addition to your above symtoms, that would be another indicator. If it were me, I would call my doctor. Take care, and good luck!
