Make sure your looking him in the eye when ya'll talk. That tells a guy you're interested and if you don't, even on accident, it says you don't. Also, you can go for the kiss first. A quick peck on the lips than jump back and smile. That would be a major turn on.

He absolutely does. We men don't give our time and attention to woman we feel no connection with. I don't know any man that's winked at a woman he didn't want to be with.
