Poor thing. I ruptured my achilles so I know what you're going through. It is either a bone spur or most likely just tendinitis. Bone spurs have to be taken care of at the doctor, but tendinitis is something you'll just have to rest. I also had tendinitis and it is a very nagging injury. Just rest it as much as possible and it should go away.

It sounds as if it may be plantar fascitus(sp?). That is an inflammation of the long muscle that is on the bottom of the foot.
If the pain is worse first thing in the morning that's what it probably is. One thing you can do is before you take the first step out of bed is stretch that muscle by pointing your toe and then your heel a few times before walking. Most people will go to a foot doctor and they usually send them to get Birkenstock shoes. Birkenstocks have an orthopedically shaped foot bed and just by wearing those shoes you can heal the foot pain. Hope this helps!

It sounds like you've injured yourself. If you're involved in sports, you may have pulled a muscle or sprained something. You should immediately seek medical attention and have it evaluated. Meanwhile, keep it elevated, apply ice if it's swollen, take a mild analgesic like tylenol to alleviate the pain. Wear comfortable shoes and stay away from any strenuous activity like biking, etc. If the area has bruising or swelling, get to a doctor first chance you get.

Achilles Tendon injury. It will get better by itself but medical intervention is advised. Go to hospital, they'll help get it sorted out and may give you physiotherapy for rehabilitation.

You probably pulled your ligament. Just ice it, and rest your foot. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days, go get it checked. It's not ripped, you wouldn't be able to walk if it was.

It means it is getting ready to tear. If not braced in a couple of days it will tear and you will need surgery.

If there is no swelling or bruising than it could be a bone spur.
