You need peppermint OIL, in the form of tablets. These can be bought over the counter at the chemists - but are relatively expensive because the pack sizes tend to be tiny. It is far, far, cheaper to get them on prescription from your doctor. Peppermint oil works quite literally by oiling the lining of the colon, making for a smoother and easier exit for the contents!! You have to take them on a daily basis to maintain the effect.
There are other prescription meds that can help with IBS. They all work in slightly different ways so sometimes you have to try one or two to find whats right for you. The most common line of attack is Mebeverine, which works for large numbers of people.

i think youmean peppermint cordial, which you dilute with water, you can get this from health shops, off licences and some supermarkets. You can get sweet like peppermint tablets from chemist to help with bloating. My mum has ibs and certain foods trigger her off, you need to work out what it is in your diet that triggers off the bloating the most

I found Metromint water at my local grocery store (Florida). That's the only place I've ever seen such a thing. The only other thing I can think of is just getting some peppermint leaves and making mint tea. That seems a lot more available, since most stores have mint tea, I believe.

In all honesty, I've never heard of peppermint water. However, the logical thing for me would be to buy fresh peppermint, infuse with hot water and allow to cool
