Well it sounds to be like you are really constipated. Try taking a laxative or my dr suggested me take flax seed oil its really good for your heart but it keeps going to the bathroom easier. Or you may want to try to have more fiber in your diet. Dont strain its not good for you and can cause hemmoroids another problem you dont want.

Woodlands is right. Try Fiber One cereal. They come in flakes now. They're not so bad. I had the same problem once, and one bowl of this cereal every morning, kept me quick and regular every day.
