First of all, I would go and see a physician to see if there are any health issues in relation to your weight. Second, I would recommend going to GNC and finding an excellent protein supplement to take. I use Muscletechs Nitro-Tech hardcore and it works! There are many to choose from. Choose what is good for you. You will gain weight if taken correctly. Hope this helps.

I say that really also depends on your height. However drink ensure or boost - plus is best. Seek the advice of a detician and Dr - they could give you the best way for your body to gain and hold weight.

First of all, and most importantly, ask your doctor; you may have a thyroid condition. There are medications that can help overactive (?) thyroid conditions

Second, if you want to gain HEALTHY weight, you can build muscle mass by working out (but not to excess!) and gain some fat by following a pregnancy diet. I say a 'pregnancy diet' because they are the best for healthy weight gain.

But PLEASE don't just go out and eat McDonalds / any fast food for every meal! Haven't you seen 'Super-Size Me'?! That guy destroys his liver..or close to it.

Diet, exercise, and rest.

Diet- eat more with an emphasis on protein

Exercise- complex multi-joint movements using moderate loads, high volume, and moderate rest periods

Rest- Get at least 8hrs of sleep a night. Improvements aren't made in the gym, they are made in your bed when your body has time to build and repair.

I would think that you're almost on your death bed. Especially if you're a male. That weight for that age sounds scary. Gain weight by going to the nearest E.R. immediately!!

woow you must be super anorexic! I would say to go to a doctor or nutrionist for help. But try to eat more like nuts, cheese and chocolate!
