~What you need is more time alone before dating again. There are no set rules on this, but you're obviously not ready yet.~

At least you recognize a problem in your inability to deal well with change. Perhaps a little therapy would be good for you. The better we know and deal with our own feelings, the more success we have in relationships with others. Knowing your "triggers" can help you avoid unfavorable behaviours when they occur. Don't give up. If a relationship is too much work, maybe it's just not the right person. The right one is out there.

dont worry about a relationship and dont think of it as getting out there just do things or find things that you like to do out there so that you can build new relationships. and if you do get in a relationship know that you are looking for. maybe it is a good thing that the last 2 relationships did not last long so you could move on you never know who is around the corner

You can move on especially if they have no kids with you and you are 2 young to be stressde out like that. I know because I have been there and I am still there. Don't be like me, go have fun and mingle and when the right thing comes along treasure her with respect and love.

You don't have to date all the time, that is a misconception. When the right girl comes around, then take a decision, otherwise it won't be real like your last relationship.

Make a list of what you want for yourself in the future and go for it. Think about YOUR future everyday. Cut out a picture of a better looking girl and give her a name and frame it.

in case you may't see a destiny with him i imagine you need to split with him. in case you do not opt to be with him there is quite no aspect attempting lengthy distance. It doesn't sound like you adore him. perchance you adore him as a pal?! enable him bypass on at the same time with his life and also you need to bypass on with yours too.
