I've been given the choice of spending my next year of high school in either Scotland or England, which should I choose?I would be doing a student exchange and living with a host family. I do want to be able to travel to London a lot, but I figure I can work this summer and save money so that I can make a trip in the case I go to Scotland.

I'm a 16 year old girl, I'll be 17 once the program starts- I'm all for having a good education and I really do care about school- but I want to live somewhere exciting where I can party and stuff-
-So basically which one would be more fun? I figure that the schools are basically the same in both places so now I just want to know where I would have the most fun-

PS- I've been to Ireland and they don't give a **** who drinks, but do they in Scotland or England?

England for sure!!!!!!!! from scotland it will take you hours an dhours to get to london....london has everything you coiuld ever think you want...i went when i was 20, i've been 3 times...it's different every time, and if you have the chance to spend a year over there jump at it! it's fantastic the boys are great too!!
you can drink at 17 in england.....stay away from scrumpy cider haha....
the shopping is fab...the food and drink and culture is insane...you simply must go!

Actually, Scotland.

The girls are prettier and the air is much cleaner; the people are friendlier, smarter, and have a better sense of humour.

London is awesome, but weekend trips are all you need in that city.

If you chose England, try for Surrey.

Good luck and good for you for seeing the world no matter where you go.
