1. Walk up to her.
2. Say hello and make some small talk.
3. Ask her out.
4. If she says yes, great. If not, find someone else and repeat this process.

While you sit around pondering what to do, some other guy is going to ask her out. Walk up and ask her if she would like to go out for a soda/coffee/drink sometime. If she says yes, ask if --- would be a good time. Then take it from there.
