My boyfriend recently relocated to Maryland. I will be visiting him for New Years and we were looking for something to do. We are an "urban" couple" and enjoy the city life...Any suggestions? Something kind of romantic would be nice....Dancing too. We are in our 30's if that means anything...

It depends on your budget. If you don't mind spending a little money, I'd definitely recommend the party at the Mayflower Hotel on K Street (near Connecticut if I remember correctly). It's very elegant with a band and open bar, you can socialize and mingle and dance the night away. Stay overnight in one of their beatiful rooms and you won't have to worry about the drunk drivers trying to run over you.
