Courgette and Potato pie

Once the courgettes are cooked add the sauce flour to it and stir until the courgettes are coated. Then slowly add milk until it forms a smooth paste and season to taste. Spoon the paste into an oven proof dish.

I have a couple of guy friends staying over for a few days, and one has been hollering for meatloaf since he walked through the door. (He got chicken fettucine alfredo last night because that's what I happened to have the ingredients for on hand). So, you could be a dear and make Mike his meatloaf so he shuts up about it, or you could just make us a Bloody Mary (or two) and pop some popcorn and we could lock 'em out and watch the movies they rented.

There's 8 movies here, so bring lots of popcorn. And vodka.

Beef Stroganoff, Asparagus, fresh bread rolls (dripping in butter), a good red wine. Perhaps a Cesare salad to start off with, or better yet, a full anti-pasto platter, with all the good cheeses and meats. Dessert, creme brule, or a light custard with fresh fruit.

Darn it, now I'm hungry.
