You must get a blood test. Most public health offices will provide the test at little or no cost and it's completely confidential. Go get tested immediately. If you were exposed within the past 3 months, you'll need to get re-tested every three months, since it takes a while to show up if you've contracted it. The staff at the health department will tell you what you need to do. Do websearches for information; there's tons of it out there. Good luck.

don't be scared go to the doctors and take the test if your scared of the doctors they sell home test kits at the drug store buy one and do it at home and have the results sent to you and if you don't have HIV start right now protecting yourself and practice safe sex and everything else that can lead to a positive result
