They are originally from Ethiopia and have moved to live in Israel. There are those who were born in Israel because their parents are living there now.

Black Israelites believe they belong to one of the lost 10 Tribes of Israel.
Judah and Benjamin joined to make the Kingdom of Judah.
Reuben, Gad, Issachar, Zebulun, Naphtali, Dan, Simeon , Asher, Ephraim, Manasseh.. are considered the lost.
They have a large population in Dimona.
To be honest, I am not sure though exactly which of the Lost they consider themselves to be.

People who were born and/or live in Israel come from many different races and backgrounds. There are christian Israelis, muslim Israelis, b'hai Israelis, white Israelis, asian Israelis, black Israelis. Also, jewish Israelis.
Many different ethnic backgrounds and races have converted to Judaism if that's what you're asking, from white blonde haired, blue eyed people to black people.
