id try to tell im to get inteligent next time he says somethin stupid.

I have the same problem, my twin brother is sometimes so so super stupid, but the best way to express that feeling/thought is but explaining everything to him in detail, even the simplest of things like, after going to the toilet, put down your seat, (then do a practicle,and explain it. (but the best is, when he is fast asleep at night, just whisper in his ear, "you are freaken stupid brother" he'll start asking you questions like "am i stupid?"
Just try it. it worked with me...

You might feel that way for the moment. Which i would just keep my mouth shut. He is your family and that is all we really have in life is family.

Perhaps you are going about this the wrong way. go to his level and then think about how he thinks. then you can decide what is and who is really stupid.
