Lots of foreplay, get something to keep you up longer and go to town. Lots of foreplay will get her to the edge...all you'll have to do is enter and push her over the edge.

You gotta stop finishing yourself first. If you need to, satisfy yourself an hour or so before an encounter, then you should have some more staying power.
What does she like? Sometimes it takes simultaneous stimulation in several areas to get her over the top. Please excuse the explicit comment here, but me on top 69 with two busy hands is what it takes sometimes, but when she goes, she doesn't stop shaking for a couple of minutes.

Don't make an issue of it. If you make her feel like you're not going to "finish" if she doesn't, she'll feel way too much pressure to finish herself. Try something other than intercourse...use your hands, or mouth, or both. If she still doesn't...you may need to re-evaluate your technique. :)

Why can't she finish?
Are you stopping?
Is she not relaxed enough to finish?
Have you not found what will help her finish? (Most women must have clitoral stimulation for orgasm. The vaginal orgasm is a myth for most women.)

dont be as rough or fast with her dont make her do all the work take turns doing work if she starts to get tierd then u take over but dont be fast just take ur time and enjoy it see if that works

Try direct clitoral stimulation either orally or manually. Many, if not most women don't achieve orgasm from penetration.
