Access is a part of Microsoft Office, but can also be purchased alone. There is nowhere that you can (legally) download the program. You would need to purchase a copy.

Try getting OpenOffice from http://www.openoffice.org there is a DB program in there that serves the same purpose.

you can not get for free from Microsoft anymore. they validate the product key
