Have y'all met in person yet? Thats an obvious way to get to know eachother better and be able to express your feelings for one another, while seeing their reaction towards it. If thats not an option, do y'all have webcams? Its not so much winning the heart of someone, as it is getting to know them better first. If the feelings are there for one another, discussing what lies ahead for the both of y'all is the next step. Wish ya the best!

You dont win someone's heart they just love you for you. Talk about love related matters and if she turns the other cheek than you guys are obviously not on the same level.
