Standing with your arms straight down at your sides, flex the muscles in the back of your arms. Simply bend your arm at your elbow and keep the muscles tight, raising and lowering. When you lower, make sure your arms stop at a position slightly behind your back. This tightens the muscles in the back of your arms without expensive equipment purchases.
