You have taken a good first step by asking advice. The best thing I can tell you is learn how to walk away. When your little brother crosses the line, get up and leave the situation...go to your room (do not shut the door, you might slam it and that will get you into trouble). If your brother follows you to your room, tell him that you are really upset with him and ask him to leave you alone for a while (do not yell this, that alone will shock him into leaving). Your mom will eventually notice this new behavior pattern from you and ask what is going on. That is your chance to tell her that your brother is annoying you and that you are trying to find a more mature way of dealing with it. Ask her is she has any suggestions. Don't blame your brother, take full responsibility for your own behavior, this will show her that you are growing up and she will be more likely to help you.

Keep a journal, writing is very therapeutic. The teenage years are the hardest and some parents forget what it is like to be a teenager. However, if you continue to hold your anger in it may become a lot worse, so I suggest that if writing doesn't help that you talk to your counselor at school or some adult who you trust because everyone needs to vent frustrations and bottling them up will hurt you in the long run. Good luck and I wish you the best. I wish that I could help you more.

You are a teenage boy with all kinds raging hormones and emotions right now...Find yourself a sport like hockey, football, or lacrosse to expell your energy. These are all aggressive sports but don't beat the crap out of the players use the sport for an outlet.

Stay cool. Your little brother is just trying to get everybodies attention. Corner him and shower him with lots of kisses and he will be surprised . Reverse psychology on him. Laugh at his antics instead of getting mad at him and in time he will stop what he is doing to you. Your mom is always there for you. You may have disagreement with her but she is always right. I have been there too and I am now a grandmaother of 3.
