Muslim aggression and wars of conquest are what caused the Crusades. The Crusades were wars of self defense, just like Afghanistan and Iraq today. How come so many are so uneducated in the truth.

Why on earth would anyone ever even try to see beyond their own ill-informed, pre-conceived notions to the truth? That requires real cognitive skills. So much easier to just blithely believe everything the media spout at us. Pretty sad, isn't it.

Not so. Only the first appears to have been in defense. The other may well have been to plunder riches from the ME.

People do not realize how much inner turmoil these muslims have undergone over centuries. Bush's interests in the middle east are purely for self gain.

You need to do more research on what REALLY happened during the crusades, and what they were looking for, what they did, and what excuses they used.
