Try this very easy, and very good recipe for fluffy Buttermilk pancakes that I use alllll the time.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pinch salt


1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Mix all of the ingredients until smooth.
3. Melt a little bit of butter in the pan.
4. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles.
5. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes.
6. They should be golden brown.
7. Cook the pancakes on the other side until they are also golden brown.
8. Enjoy.

I don't have a recipe for chocolate fudge though, sorry!

Easy Chocolate Fudge cake w/ easy frosting recipe included 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups white sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup water 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 6 tablespoons milk 4 cups confectioners' sugar 1.Sift together and set aside in large bowl the flour and sugar. 2.In saucepan over medium heat bring to a boil; 1/2 cup margarine or butter, 1/2 cup shortening, 1 cup water, and 4 tablespoons cocoa. 3.Pour cocoa mixture over flour and sugar mixture. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured sheet pan. 4.Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes. 5.To Make Frosting: Five minutes before cake is done, bring to boil in a saucepan 1/2 cup margarine or butter, 6 tablespoons milk, and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the confectioners' sugar, nuts (if desired), and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and immediately pour frosting over cake. Cake may be served warm or at room temperature. serves 20

Easy Party Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, oil and water. Mix well and pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Easiest Fudge in the World
12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Place chips and milk in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium
power for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Microwave,
stirring at 1 minutes intervals, until chips are melted and
mixture is smooth and thick. Pour into greased 8" square pan and
cool. Or melt the chips and milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat.

Here's the easiest recipe for fudge.

16 oz semi sweet chocolate(baking squares)
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Melt chocolate and milk in microwave for about 2 minutes, stir. Microwave 30 seconds more if not completely melted. Stir.

When completely melted, stir in vanilla and nuts if you want. Pour into foil lined baking dish (9x9) and refrigerate.

For the fudge take half a cup of powerdered cocoa and one full cup of powdered sugar and a half a stick of butter. Melt the butter and pour it into the dry stuff, mix and press into a pan that is covered with wax paper, trust me it's YUMMY

U can try chocolate pancakes

pan cake mixture
chocolate fridge (melts it)

pour the pan cake mixture into saucepan rounded, make sure its cook. Then pour over chocolate fridge. Yummy!!

easy pancakes , buy Bisquik and be done with it , it has all the dry ingrediants already added. You will just need milk and eggs .
