If she knows that you like this person and than she still flirst with him, than she is not a real good friend. I would than think about getting some better friends. If she does not know you like him, then you can say to to her that you like him and would apprecite if she would not flirt with him.I really hope it all works out for you!

Is a guy woth losing a frienship over? I have never found a woman to be worth more than a solid friend. If there is a conflict, you two girls need to talk this one out.

First of all does she know you like him? If she knows then she isn't a real friend. Why would she want to hurt you?
Seconde of all, if he's still single then you should flirt too. If he hasn't made it clear that he wants to be with her, then go for it. Maybe she isn't his type. Maybe he is shy and waiting for you to make a move.
