Anything that has to do with retail. Believe me it helps in every area of your life. It makes you more confident around people, it gives you more people skills (everyone needs that now days) and it's fun!! Work doing something where you don't need to use your brain a whole lot because you need all that energy for school.

My daughter is only a junior in high school and has TWO jobs. She is a hostess in 2 different restaurants after school until 10 pm and on weekends. Her friends work at the mall. There is also Mickey D's or Sonic.

I used to work as a cashier in a supermarket after school. I liked it. But that was before they had scanners. We had to punch everything in by hand. It was lots of fun.
