Glasgow in Scotland
There is crime everywhere though and these cities have nice areas as well as bad areas like anywhere, but statistically and from what we hear in the press, the ones above are probably at top of the list for being dangerous imo.

Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Bradford, Manchester, Nottingham, There are some very nice areas in all our towns and rough parts that still have a lot of very decent people living in them.

Glasgow is the worst in everything compared to EU figures.
Stereo type a Glaswegian: football hooligans, scar on the face, a big machete in the pants, shoot people for a laugh etc.
