Family to me is everything. Especially with my husband in Iraq. I am 1500 miles away from my family and all of my in-laws, and it hurts. I have 6 kids, so I do have some family here, but I still miss everyone. I am going home for Christmas with my kids.....so I am lucky, I have not been home in almost 5 years. I am spending a week with my in-laws, and a week with my family. So all of the drunk cousins, rude aunts, grouchy grandparents that used to make me nuts...will now be a blessing to see. I guess I took it for granted when I was there before!

Honestly ?? Well it used to mean the world to me but then my mum dies and she was the one holding the family togather (in a nice way - she made sure we all kept in touch even if it was via her). Now the truth is I find family is a pain in the **** - they break your heart and the worst part is that you cant choose your family like you can your friends xxxx
