I know MY doctor is an atheist so I would think it was an expression, but keeping up with my last answer in this series:

If you went into confession and your priest prescribed you something to swallow and said "Let's pray I don't get caught again"....

I wouldn't go to a doctor that relies on praying of any kind to heal his or her patients. Medicine is a science, and possibly an art, but it's most definitely not a supernatural endeavor.

Very funny (lol)

Seriously, I have read reseach reports that, most medicines do not work as well unless you drink a lot of water with them (8 glasses of water per day).

Specifically, "Drinking very little water makes some medicines weaker, and get this ..... it makes some medicines so strong that you get an allergic reaction; like hives, an upset stomach, dizziness, or even a burning rash.

Why wouldn't you take it just because he prayed that it would work? That's illogical. Just because someone prays that it will work doesn't automatically mean that it won't.

Look. Religious folks try and feed you their beliefs because they want to help you. There is absolutely no reason to try and make people not pray, or to attempt to force Atheism on someone. There are no benefits.

Haven't you ever heard of Pascal's wager? Maybe you're too simple to understand literature since you're just a ******* monkey.
