Right then, cheer up and here's ten tips on getting your own back:
1. The potato up the exhaust pipe ruse. Means they rev the engine to bug**ry and break the valves. If the car in question has a V8 engine the potato shoots out likes a rocket and with any luck it'll go through their greenhouse.
2. Clingfilm on the toilet. There's a reason it's a classic!
3. Electro-magnetic pulse bombs. Set them to detonate at the right location and you can wipe out their telly, phone and computer all at the same time and they won't know why!
4. Wire up the doorbell with a clockwork relay to ring every 20 minutes. Drives 'em mad! Eventually they'll stop ansering the door and miss something important.
5. Play extremely low frequency sound waves at their houses. It causes feelings of paranoia, anxiety and physical distress but they can't be heard. If you get down low enough you can hit "the brown noise" which causes unscheduled bowel movements.
6. Attach a big electric motor to their electricity supply and let it run for weeks. Watch their faces as they get the electric bill!
7. Plant a lot of Marigold seeds in their gardens secretly in such a way that when Spring comes and they look out of an upstairs window they're treated to a big golden "BOLLOCKS" on the lawn.
8.For every pair of socks they've got, hide one somewhere they'll never think to look.
9. For female irritants use their most expensive lipstick to write "YOU NEED A NEW TUBE OF THIS LIPSTICK" on their mirror.
10. Scorpions in the sock drawer. A timeless classic of revengology.
Once you've done these to people their spirits should be well and truly broken. If you've driven them to drink, sell all the booze in the house at cut rate prices to passing strangers. When you've driven them mad, don't forget to laugh demonically and shout "HAHAHAHA! WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?" at them.
Remember the School Song of St Trinian's:
Maidens of St Trinian's
Gird your armour on!
Grab the nearest weapon
Never mind which one.
The battle's to the strongest
Might is always right
Trample on the weakest!
Glory in their plight!
Strive towards your fortune
Boldly on your way
Never once forgetting
There's one born every day.
Let our motto be broadcast:
Get your blow in first!
She who draws the sword last
Always comes off worst!
OK?

I'm sorry you feel like that. Maybe talking to a therapist could be a good first step. Then, how about just making acquaintances for a bit. Don't worry about big relationships right away until you feel more sure of yourself. If you join a gym, you could get the bonus of exercising (which truly improves mental health) and make some casual "friendships" too. Or take a class of something that interests you.
Contrary to what some people say, you don't need to be involved with a significant other to be complete. Just spend the next period of time getting ok within yourself, and take building of friends slowly.
Best wishes to you, and your health.

I can understand how you feel. We all have highs and lows it's the way life goes sometimes. When I feel like that it's like everything and everyone is against me. This isn't true I just tell myself this. I do actually think the only person you can trust whole heartedly is yourself. Trust is something others have to earn and once they brake that it's hard to get it back.

Life is full of minor details. Nothing really matters in life because we are all going to die some day. But people who hurt you don't even matter at all. They don't qualify to the minor details that consist life. People who love you ,do.
