Sofitel is an mid-range hotel chain in Europe and fairly nice, although be prepared for smaller rooms than American standards. Bruges is a beautiful quaint little town and you should have a lovely time. I highly recommend staying in apartments in Europe, we used to live in Amsterdam and have found apartments cheaper, larger, and more private then hotels and you can eat and drink whatever you pick up at the store that day. We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Brussels that had marble floors a wall of windows and had a lovely view of a park. A furnished apartment in Benelux countries will include dishes and linens along with televisions, DVD players and stereos. I rarely stay in the hotels.

the terrific place is Makati. in case you opt for a 5 massive call lodge, you could attempt the Makati Shangri-l. a., Manila Peninsula, Dusit lodge, Intercontinental lodge. in case you opt for a three massive call lodge, clean and strolling distance to the Glorietta and Greenbelt, you could attempt Prince Plaza, BSA or the purpose convention midsection (with good accomodations).
