what is the most effective and result showing way of getting red lips and get rid of black strips on lips?

my lips have dark spots on upper specially and the lower lips. my complexion is not much dark and i never smoke anything .please help me on this as i want results in two to three weeks .i have been on diet as well which also had its effects and u can also help me about the diet that helps in this process .please help me .

I would recommend you to go seen by a doctor and make sure these spots do not respresent a disorder and then worry about ways to get rid of them, good luck
