Someone who is telling you who you can be friends with or not is bad news and controlling.....doesn't he trust you???? Controlling and lack of trust....sounds like he should go not your friends. Lovers come and go good friends are forever plus why take your kids away from some of their friends if it is not necessary..shouldn't they come before your lover?????

If you have a new BF you need to cut ALL ties with the old. Nothing puts more stress on a relationship than the EX if he is still in the picture. For as long as you still associate with his family, your current BF will be subject to that.

course you dont could be acquaintances, sure honest sufficient she may well be a very good guy or woman and the previous is the previous yet why the could be acquaintances together with her. And in the experience that your husband is a minimum of telling you shes phoning and issues there is not something to be nervous approximately, i might purely placed a grin on my face and relatives purposes say hi and thats it

Why not?
Breaking up with the "Ex" doesn't mean you must be enemies w/the family too...
You have the right to be friends with whoever you want (as long as they don't keep trying to hook you up with your Ex again...)

you need to reasure him that he is who you want to be with. Let him know if you wanted to be with your ex he wouldn't be your ex. Next time you go to visit take him with you and let him meet who you are hanging with

Yes, it is ok. The new boyfriend is showing signs of being a "control freak". Please be careful and watch for other signs.
