should i cover my hair wiz a scarf before i go to bed,does it decrease breakends and split ends,or it will make my hair unable to breath,what do u think guys?

Yes, use a silk scarf.

i wouldn't cover my head with a scarf, just because it would be obnoxious. but using a satin pillowcase is a good way to reduce damage while sleeping.
