I'm trying to loose 5-10lbs. this week and I know to eat right and exercise but I work 2 jobs and hardly have any time to exercise. Any healthy suggestions?

Ok, that doesn't seem healthy but how do I loose weight, any amount, quick & healthy? That sounds like an oxy-moron I realize that, just asking a question that's all.

dont drink soda's, drink only water - that will get rid of alot of water weight...eat lite meals (healthy) twice a day (breakfast and dinner) skip lunch all together...walk more than you usually do that week (even if it around the house - just get up and move as much as possible - drink more water.....it works for me when i'm feeling fat...i'm not but sometimes you just wanna drop a few pounds to make yourself feel better....also sit-up's are great for toning your stomach muscles if done correctly

I discovered the book to be very informative and handy to read. I've misplaced 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm just worried that i'm shedding too much weight, too speedily. I will admit i have never followed the consultant exactly. I am now not sticking flawlessly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mainly) and doing very little undertaking, but the weight keeps flying off. It certainly works and if i'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me seeing that of the quantity that i might lose. So thanks once more for the know-how. I've by no means bought whatever like this before considering the fact that they are often filled with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began today!

You shouldn't try to lose that much in a week... 2 pounds a week is healthy, and three pounds is the MOST you should lose, and that would probably be hard to stick to and not gain it back. Just eat 1200 calories or so a day, and get plenty of excercise. :)
Kentata, I THINK you know what she meant. I guess you were so focused on correcting her and showing off, or whatever that was, that you didn't realize that you were making yourself look pretty dumb in the process. :)

losing 5 to 10 pounds in only one weak isnt healthy u could get really really really sick from it...it is safe to lose up to 2 pounds a week though..but i really dont reccommend trying to lose 5 to 10 in only a week....

What's loose weight? Is that flab that hangs off you loosely?
See - this is why computers aren't perfect, that people must still know something. Loose is a word ... a loose screw for example, but the word the asker wanted was "lose" ... so spell check would not have caught it. Let's be educated people.
And, yes, I gave this same answer to someone else; it's a pet peeve.
