I eat a full apple, cut into slices and put into a styrofoam bowl. then I cover the apples with vanilla yogurt. It really fills you up because of the fiber in the apple, and you get the sweetness from the yogurt. Its healthy and takes really good. If you don't like yogurt, try the old favorite apples or bananas with peanut butter! YUMM

Chunky candy bar. It is rich but you can eat it through out the day. It has raisins, nuts, and chocolate. Yum! Its not exactly healthy but its good. Another option would be trail mix. They sell a variety of them at Target and they have a mixture of dry fruits nuts candy etc... They have different mixes and they are all good.

Apples and peanut butter or apples and caramel (the sell it at McDonald's for $1). I also keep small packaged fruit cups at my desk at work. Its a quick, healthy bit.

If you have access to a toaster, I'd do peanut butter on toast. That's what I have for my snack each day, and it tides me over nicely until dinner.
