You are kidding, right? Why would you want him back if he said hurtful things to you? If he loved you truly he would never call you too fat. He doesn't deserve you. Find a man that appreciates who you are not what you look like.

I have a motto that I heard someplace before, "living well is the best revenge." I eventually got "back" at my ex (who was also very verbally abusive) by going on with my life, buying my own home by myself, continuing in my career, and eventually re-marrying someone who treats me very well. ( Oh, and my ex used to tell me that no one else would want me after having two kids by c-section because that made me less than a real woman and mother. He said he was embarrassed to tell anyone that I couldn't handle simple childbirth!! )LOL
Girl just get yourself together, get cute and do your thing!!

Why waste your time and energy on an ex? Obviously this person isn't worth it to be with him so get over him now that you two are broken up. Everytime you consider getting back at him for something, it shows you still have feelings for him and he'll always be one point more than you on the scales.

Listen to me very carefully, "LOVE YOURSELF" if you can do that then you know that if a person truly loves you for you then all is well. If you have been the same since the beginning and all of a sudden he makes this comment then he wasn't for you. Don't allow yourself to be weak over a man. Be strong and focus on "self" never allow a man to take away your self esteem because that belongs to you. You have to make up in your mind to make changes with yourself but do it for you and nobody else. Trust me, when you do that you'll find that right person who fits like a glove. I did.

Hes a ex for a reason.Anyone that calls you fat just isn't worth it. Love yourself for who you are and soon or later someone will come into your life that will love you for who you are, fat or not.
