None has messed with her. The only time she is in a pull up is at bedtime. I did change pull up brand but I thought it would have made her breakout more than just on her bottom.

Does she still wear diapers or pull ups?
Sounds like diaper rash.
Its caused by moisture, when the skin cannot air out. Letting her run around naked will help, so will nixing the diapers and getting her completely potty trained.
If she's not in diapers at all, or pull ups, it could be an irritation to some detergent, or soap she's bathed with. Try to locate anything new that's been intorduced within the last couple weeks, and systemlatically get rid of them until you find out which one caused the rash.
If thats not it either, its possible that she has a yeast infection (boy and girls both get them, and they spread from the viagina in girls to the anus) which caused a lot of irritation and lead to her itching and tearing at the skin. Sometimes this can result in irritated bumps and scabs.

It sounds as though she has diaper rash. It may be worse than usual if she has recently taken a round of antibiotics.
Your daughter may well have a yeast rash. Try adding a cream such as Lotrimin AF to your usual diaper rash regimen. Continue air drying and applying a protective layer such as Desitin over the Lotrimin. Washing with warm water may also be helpful. If the rash has not improved within 72 hours of this treatment, it is probably still a yeast infection, but contact your doctor for additional help.

It could be eczema. It's very common. Something safe to use is Aquaphor. You can get it at the drug store in the baby aisle. It the rash continues, or comes back - take her to the pediatrician. My daughter has very sensitive skin and we battle with rashes all the time!

Don't put cortizone or anything on it. You never want to try and "fix" something before you even know what's wrong. I don't know what kind of rash it could be, but if it looks like it's going away then leave it alone. Give it another day or two and see if it goes away. If it doesn't, then call her doctor.

Could be a diaper rash. you would know it if it was. however if you don't think its a diaper rash use some cortizone. im pregnant and i had a rash on my arm that sounds like what you are saying. the cream worked within mins. good luck .
