If your heavy to start with, try cabbage soap diet
linit the types of food you eat no Dairy products
no alcohol
no sugar or soft drinks only water
Eat cabbage soap the more the better
Raw carrots or apples first two days

A couple of banarnas on day three

Potato day four

A steak day five if you last this long.

Take a lot of exercise two hours a day

By day six you will be weak but will have shed lbs

Weight loss that fast is not healthy or realistic! Please don't try to do this to your body.

So what's the rush? If you need to lose 14 pounds, rev up your metabolism with exercise and eat smaller portions of healthy meals and snacks; the weight will come off in due time without putting your health at risk.

Some dieters get into the "all or nothing" thinking. If you can avoid that trap, the weight WILL come off, and you have a better chance of KEEPING it off. By this time next year, you will look and feel great!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. See site below. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water.

Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Eat healthy foods, use a good carb blocker, not something from GNC - they suck. A very good one is called carb blocker 2 from Nutrilite. Also, use CLA - it will help to boost your metabolism. Make sure you exercise while doing this. Finally, stay away from the sugars. Fruit is good for you, but high in sugar, so not alot of it. Eat lots of protein, cottage cheese and yogurt. Don't starve yourself though. Remember, your body will eat your muscle before it eats your fat. Muscle does weigh more than fat, but you will suffer in the long run by losing the muscle.
