In my sinuses it keeps feeling like when you get water up your nose and it burns so bad it makes my eyes water and I get a bit disoriented. It comes and goes like every 5-10 minutes. What over the counter medicine can i take to stop this?

You could try saline nasal spray. Or try using a bowl full of hot water, put in either peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil drape a towel over your hear to cover the bowl and steam out your sinus cavities.

Saline Mist every morning, get some sudafed to relieve the pressure.
Enchinachea is good for the sinuses...herbal remedy

If it's causing disorientation, I think you should see a doctor before trying any over the counter medications....you might end up making matters worse.

DAIRY PRODUCTS AFFECT THE SINUS CAVITY, IT MAYBE
THAT YOU'RE EATING TOO MUCH OF IT!!!
