First, register with the BBB or some other organization. People will want to check you out to make sure you are a legit charity. No one wants to send money over the internet if they don't know where it's going.
Secondly, for more website traffic, try Google AdWords.
Thirdly, I went to the link you wrote above.. Is that what you want people to donate to? That's not a charity. That's a website about Pokemon. Don't use the word charity if it's not a charity.

Let people know why they should donate to your charity. Give them a reason to donate. Are you homeless? Do you support the homeless or less fortunate? What is your charity for? Blindness, hunger, poverty? Give people more information and then they might want to give. Also market your website. Get it out there...create banners..get friends to link their site to yours through banners or links.
