How to treat tinea versicolor????

I have it all over my upper back , upper arms and it's sooo itchy and weird looking Help

You can try putting selsium blue on your skin that's affected. Head shoulders works too. Try and stay out of the sun until you get a doctor to look at it, sun may make it spread more because it is a fungus from being out in the sun too long. When you put what i suggested on leave on for at least couple hours. good luck sweetie

Fluconazole 200 mg daily for 14 to 21 days resolves the underlying fungal infection although it may 3 to 6 months for the pigment in the skin to return.
