Apparently you are supposed to hold a flame to the needle in order to sterlise the needle. I would perhaps attempt to do the lip piercing, however it's best to leave the other piercing you want to the professionals.
I would probably get them both done by a licensed body piercer. They have all kinds of equipment that you probably don't have (numbing agents, appropriate needles ans body jewellery ect) that are necessary when you are getting a piercing.
Attempting to do it yourself could prove dangerous and perhaps even fatal, a professional knows where exactly to pierce you. You may get unlucky and hit a major vein. Just think about it and be careful.

I think that you need to rethink giving yourself or someone else a piercing (if that's your intent) and see someone who's been trained and licensed to pierce instead. If you're asking about how to disinfect a needle now, you're probably going to need advice on how to take care of that piercing if it gets infected.

First off....you need to go to someone that specializes in piercings. second , if you aren't gonna do that then sterilize the needle with bleach. and you could boil it in hot water too. alcohol is another way. as for the other question you asked.... if ya ain't figured it out by now then you must be far too young to be thinking about having sex.

You should have it professional done. If any dirt or bacterica gets in there you could get an infection and if that infection gets into your blood stream you could die. Also if you Pierce yourself with a dirty needle or a friends needle or your both doing it- you can get aids and all type of fun diseases.

Put the needle under a lighter then wipe it off with rubbing alcohol. You are crazy if you are going to pierce your own horny spot. OUCH!

This is something that could really hurt, you should go to the mall and have someone professional do this piercing. The cost is just the ring
If you let it sit in achol and put the flame to it that might work. the flame of course will make it a bit dull.
If you do this please make sure that you keep it clean with alchol on a cotton ball. do not pour the alchol on to the lip. it will hurt soooo bad. clean it like two x a day. and make sure you brush your teeth and use mouthwash that will also help keep it clean

Flame or alchohol will work on needle. BUT don't forget to disinfect BOTH sides of the piercing area.

Boil water and submerge the needle for at least 5 minutes, and then use rubbing alcohol just to be safe.

Let me get this straight.....you want to give yourself a lip piercing? DO NOT DO THAT!!!! If you want a piercing, have it done professionally. The fact that you are willing to take the chances of infection by doing it yourself tell me that you are too immature to have it done period.
