There was no flood - it's a silly myth. Pangaea broke up something like 60 million years ago, long before there was anything resembling H. sapiens.

Most probably after ...
Genesis 10:25 states, and I Chronicles 1:19 repeats, “And two sons were born to Eber; the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided.” Peleg lived a few centuries after the flood. Little else is known about him.
Whether this refers to the continental drift or other events is debatable.

interesting question, and I am assuming this a person I am unfamiliar with, unless it is a form of Paleg, which in the begats noting that he was alive when the continents parted. Note this was written b4 most of society was aware that, that happened.
