I want to get a very detailed armband done and need someone who can do fine detail work. Especially if they can do unoutlined work. The piece I want to get is a mother lion with two lion cubs wrapped in the wings of a eagle. Just if you were wondering what it was I wanted to get.

i would suggest looking up the tattoo convention that will be in your area in the near future. there will be many talented artists there doing tattoos. that way you will have such a variety of artists to chose from. usually there is a list of artists that will be at those shows and you can contact them beforehand to book an appointment and talk about pricing and placement. are you wanting an armband or a half sleeve? what you describe sounds more sleeve-ish than armbandy. anyway... good luck!!
